Howard "Bosco" Stewart

Howard "Bosco" Stewart, Jr., 66, of Bourneville, died at 5:27am September 4, 2024, at his home following an extended illness.

He was born March 3, 1958, in Chillicothe, OH, to the late Howard Stewart, Sr., and Barbara (Lane) Chaney.

Surviving are his daughters Brooke Stewart and Janna (Robbie) Phipps, both of Chillicothe; grandchildren: Gage (Halle) Bray, Lana Steele, Rhett Phipps, Reese Phipps, Rylan Phipps, Reid Phipps, Remington Phipps, Colton Oyer, Andrew Oyer and Willow Oyer; his longtime companion Betsy Bray and her family: Chris Bray and Ashley (Jason) VanHoose, and Britley McComis; his sisters Barbara Yoakem, of Bourneville, Rhonda (Mike) Bailey, of Franklin, Juanita Stewart, Chillicothe, and Stephanie (Billy) Yoakem, Londonderry; his lifelong friend Pete (Kate) Hoyt; and his canine companion "Rufus."  In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son Korey Oyer; and sisters Sonja Stewart and Penny Santos.

His funeral service will be at 12:30pm Thursday, September 12, at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory.  Burial will follow in Twin Twp. Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Thursday from 11-12:30pm at the funeral home.
