Harrison Gumm

Harrison V. Gumm III, 45, of Chillicothe, died 4:30 am, Monday, December 20, 2010, at Westmoreland Place, following a three month battle with cancer. He was born April 25, 1965 in Chillicothe to Robert A. and Kathleen A. Pfeffer Gumm Sr. On June 3, 1983 he married the former Lisa Jo Billmyer, who survives. In addition to his wife and mother, survivors include three children, Kristen M. (Sandy Furniss) Billmyer, Stephanie N. Gumm, and Cyndi A. (Billy Roll) Bowling, all of Chillicothe; four grandchildren, Landon Z. Gumm, Hailie A. Bowling, and twins, Dominic A. and Derrick M. Gumm; a brother, William Taylor, of Chillicothe; a brother-in-law, Brian E. Billmyer, of Chillicothe; and several nieces; nephews; and friends. He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents. Mr. Gumm was an automotive technician. He attended Open Door Ministries Church where his funeral service will be held 5:00 pm Wednesday, Pastor Mark Pfeifer officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Haller Funeral Home, 1661 Western Avenue, Chillicothe, OH 45601, to help with final expenses.
