Harriet Jones

Harriet R. Jones, 73, of Chillicothe, died at 8:40am Friday, January 27, 2006, in Mt. Carmel West Hospital following a brief illness. She was born September 19, 1932, in Ross Co. to the late Fred E. and Bernadine (Scothorn) Coleman. Surviving are her sons and daughter-in-law John (Kathy) Barnhart; Robert Barnhart, all of Chillicothe; grandchildren: Heather, Rebecca, Brett, Lora, Michael Barnhart; Kellie Anderson; great-grandson Darian Anderson; brother and sister-in-law Frank (Meg) Coleman, of Michigan; sister and brother-in-law Shirley (Bob) Davis, Columbus; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Timothy Barnhart. Mrs. Jones had worked for Ace Radio as a bookkeeper. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Monday at the Haller Funeral Home with Joe Waters officiating. Burial will follow in St. Margaret Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 3-6pm at Haller Funeral Home.
