Glenn Meadows

Glenn D. Meadows, Sr., 74, of Bainbridge, died at 9:43am Friday April 13, 2007, in Adena Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Tuesday at Haller Funeral Home with Rev. Elizabeth Sandy officiating. Burial will follow in Twin Twp. Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8pm Monday at Haller Funeral Home. He was born December 20, 1932, in Mt. Sterling to the late Ernest and Mabel Connor Meadows. Surviving are his daughters and sons-in-law Diane Keith, of Rock Hill, SC; Teresa (Junior) Shoemaker, Bainbridge; Laura (Frank) Thompson; and Brenda (Bill) Laney, all of Beaver, OH; sons and daughters-in-law Glenn D. Meadows, Jr., Bainbridge, and his companion, Stella Shoemaker; Dale (Mae) Meadows, Chillicothe; Timothy (Katie) Shoemaker, Clarksburg; Robert Meadows, Bainbridge; 21 grandchildren, 1 step-grandchild; 14 great-grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters. He was predeceased by a son Elmer Meadows, his parents, and two brothers. Glenn worked as a farmer. He was a member of the Bainbridge Presbyterian Church. He loved to fish and hunt.
