George N. Hoylman, 71, of Chillicothe, passed away at 6:42pm Saturday, June 20, 2009, in Adena Regional Medical Center. He was born May 22, 1938, in Chillicothe to the late William and Effie (Grubb) Hoylman. On June 13, 1980, he married the former Wanda F. Chester, who survives. Also surviving are his son Keith Hoylman, Washington D.C.; daughter and son-in-law Kelly (Greg) Bost, Chillicothe; son Kyle Hoylman, Louisville, KY; step-sons Mark Uhrig and Todd Uhrig, both of Chillicothe; grandchildren: Kristi and Kelci Hoylman; Justin Bost; Lacey (Zach) Ward; Katie Bost; Nicolette, Brooke and Chloe Uhrig; great-grandchildren: Madison and Ansley Bost; brothers and sisters-in-law Donald (Janice) Hoylman; David (Sue) Hoylman; Steve (Lori) Hoylman, all of Chillicothe; sisters-in-law Marjean Hoylman; and Ruth (Larry) Mitten. He was predeceased by his brother Johnny Hoylman. George was a graduate of Centralia High School, Class of 1956. He retired from the Mead Paper Company in 1993 where he worked as the Woodyard Office Manager. He attended Community United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held at 10:30am Thursday, June 25, in the Haller Funeral Home with Rev. David Titler officiating. Burial will follow in Hallsville Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 5-8pm at Haller Funeral Home.
