Genevieve Green

Genevieve L. Green, 75, of Chillicothe, died unexpectedly Friday, January 8, 2016, at the Adena Regional Medical Center. She was born September 4, 1940 in Greendale, IN. On September 13, 1969 she married Donald R. Green, who survives. Also surviving are her children, Donna Boutaleb, of Delaware, OH and Terry (Jackie) Green, of Alabama; grandchildren, Fred and Kellie Short, and Jason and Junior Green; great-grandchildren, Darrell, Taylor, Landon, Asher, Miriah, T. J., Emily and Bryclyn; and a niece and her children and grandchildren, Theresa Lewis, Jennifer, Kyle, Madison, Zach and Jocelyn. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Anna Barrows. Ginny was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and loved to play golf and boating. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 am Tuesday at St. Mary Church, Rev. Lawrence Hummer, Celebrant. Burial will follow in Twin Twp. Cemetery. Friends may call 6-8 pm Monday at the Haller Funeral Home, where a wake service will be held at 8:00 pm.
