Gary David Maynard, 55, of Chillicothe, died December 3, 2013, at his residence, unexpectedly. He was born September 4, 1958 in North Carolina to James D. and Donna J Miller Maynard. His mother survives. Gary was a US Army veteran and worked in the lab at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Chillicothe. Following cremation, the family plans a memorial service to be announced at a later date.
