Fred Marshall Wolford III, 58, of Chillicothe, died 2:05 pm, Saturday, December 15, 2018, at his home, following an extended illness.
He was born January 2, 1960, in Westerville, OH, to Fred and Norma Jean Butler Wolford Jr. On October 16, 2004 he married Gloria K. Clark, who survives. In addition to his wife and his mother, survivors include two children, Olivia Kate Wolford, Hillsboro and Candi Lynn Waugh, Chillicothe; six siblings, David Wolford, Lancaster, Deborah (Jeff) Hice, Terri Reynolds, and Connie (Kenny) Jenkins, all of Chillicothe, Greg (Ronnelle) Wolford, Laurelville, and Cheryl (Mark) Ramsey, Oak Hill; numerous nieces and nephews; and his beloved pets, Tigger, Cuddles, and Spaz. He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Joyce Bennett.
Fred worked for RCA prior to its closing and was a truck driver for YSK. He was a US Marine and an avid bowler. He enjoyed spending time on his computer, especially playing games.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Wednesday at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory. Military graveside services, conducted by the Ross Co. Veterans Honor Guard, will follow in Little Mound Cemetery. Friends may call 5-8 pm Tuesday at Haller's.
