Frances Price

Frances Louise Price, 83, of Chillicothe, died 2:02 pm, Monday, February 1, 2021 at Westmoreland Place Nursing Home, following an extended illness.    She was born May 7, 1937 in Chillicothe to the late Delsie and Ernest Johnson.  Survivors include five children, Robert, Randy (Patricia), and Ronnie (Kathy) Blake, Starla Blake Easterday, and Manuel (Sonya) Blake III; and 15 grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husbands, Manuel Blake Jr. and Marland Price; and two children, Ricky Blake and Robin Butterbaugh.   She was member of St. Peter Church.  The family would like to offer special thanks to the many workers at the Ross Co. Senior Center and Passport for all the wonderful care they provided through the years.   Following cremation, private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
