Frances Parker

Frances Jane Parker, 74, of Chillicothe, died Tuesday, January 26, 2016, at the Adena Regional Medical Center. She was born November 4, 1941 in Ross Co. to the late Noah and Virginia Lancaster Bell. She married Richard E. Parker, who died May 9, 2004. Survivors include her seven children, Ricky (fiancée Carrie) Parker, Allen (Missy) Parker, Virginia Keller, Jackie (Dave) Glassburn, Theresa Parker, and Kim (fiancée Darren) Hardesty, all of Chillicothe and Tami (Lewis) Kelley, of South Salem; 18 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren, and one on the way; three brothers, Robert (Eleanor) Bell, Campobello, SC, Tom (Jean) Bell, De Graff, OH, and Terry (Sharon) Bell, Dickinson, TX. She was preceded in death by three grandchildren, Eric, Charlie and Logan; two sisters, Sandra Turner and Barbara Lyons; and a brother, Dwight Bell. Mrs. Parker retired as a nursing aid from Westmoreland Place Nursing Home and attended Centerpoint Church. She loved to read and watch her grandchildren play sports. Funeral services will be held 12:00 pm Friday at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call 10-12 Friday at Haller's.
