Evelyn Anderson

Evelyn M. (Graham) Baldridge Anderson, 85, of Chillicothe, died at 3:30am May 23, 2016, at her residence following an extended illness. She was born July 17, 1930, in Logan County, OH to the late Francis H. and Dorothy F. (Andrews) Graham. On February 3, 1956, she married Charles Baldridge, Jr., who preceded her in death on December 14, 1986. She then married James F. Anderson on September 2, 1989, who preceded her in death on March 29, 2009. Evelyn is survived by her three children: Tanya L. (Alan) Gwin, of Morongo Valley, CA, April E. Clark, Sunbury, OH, and Charles Bradley (Janeen) Baldridge, Columbus; grandchildren: Aaron H. Gwin and Benjamin D. Clark, both of Temecula, CA, Ashley N. (Barry) Kilbarger, New Albany, OH; Kelsey R., Elaina L., Isaiah C. and Lillianna E. Baldridge, all of Columbus; a great-grandchild Hollis Kilbarger; and brothers Harold Andrew "Andy" (Linda) Graham, Jackson, OH, and David E. (Shirley) Graham, McArthur, OH. Evelyn was a graduate of Allensville, High School, Class of 1948, and served as Columbus Police Officer retiring in 1991. She was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church, the Fraternal Order of Police and Gideon's International. Funeral services will be held at 11:30am Thursday at the Haller Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Steven Schmidt officiating. Graveside services will follow at 1:30pm Thursday in Elk Cemetery, McArthur. Friends may call Thursday from 9:30am until 11:30am at Haller's.
