Eunice Ramsey

Eunice Elizabeth Ramsey passed away peacefully, at age 83 yrs. in her home April 21, 2022 after an extended illness, and went to her eternal home with the Lord. She was born October 31, 1938 in Ross Co. OH, daughter of John (Mary) Crabtree.
Eunice wed John E. Ramsey July 15, 1956, officiated by Rev. Neil Park at the Crabtree residence in Ross Co. Eunice and John had 4 children (3 sons, 1 daughter).
Eunice was a caring person and loved to help others. She was a member of Wilson Run CCCU Church and Jefferson Ave. CCCU Church, where she would often play piano, sing with her husband and 4 children and also taught Sunday school. Eunice enjoyed playing piano and singing gospel hymns to the residents of nursing homes with her husband and children as well. She will be fondly remembered by her special talent of yodeling. She put a smile on many faces with this gift.
In addition to her parents Eunice was predeceased by her husband John E Ramsey, son Bruce A Ramsey, brothers John, William, Robert and Roger Crabtree. Survived and lovingly remembered by her brother James (Judy) Crabtree, sisters Emma Hardin, Ellen Draher and Phylis Sword, sisters-n-law Marry Ann Crabtree, Tana Crabtree, Ann Ramsey, Beatrice Park, sons Edward A. (Rebecca) Ramsey, Kevin J. Ramsey, all of Ohio daughter Kimberly Smith (Jim McClanahan) of Florida and daughter-in-law Christina Ramsey of Ohio, many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
A service of remembrance will be held at 1 pm Tues April 26, 2022. The family will receive friends and family 1 hour prior to service at Haller Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.
