Esther White

Esther R. White, 93, of Chillicothe, went to be with her Lord at 9:30pm Wednesday, June 7, 2006, in Chillicothe Nursing & Rehab. Center. She was born May 28, 1913, in Bradford, OH, to the late Emanuel E. and Maude F. (Siders) Lehman. She was the widow of Elliott White, who preceded her in death in 1984. Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law Tom (Kathy) White, Ross Co., OH; daughter and son-in-law Sue (Tom) Roush, St. Paris, OH; daughter Patricia White, California; grandchildren Jeff Roush, Todd (Melissa) Roush, Melissa (Bryan) Robbins, Shari (Ryan) Gray; great-grandchildren Christopher, Emily, Betsy Robbins; and Sam Roush; a brother and sister-in-law Gene (Donna) Lehman, Huber Heights, OH; and several nieces and nephews, including Richard White. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by brothers Merle and Richard Lehman; and sisters Aeileen Irvin and Mae Schultz. Esther was a longtime member of St. Paul Methodist Church in Springfield, OH. Graveside services will be held at 1:30pm Monday, June 12, in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, U.S. Route 40, Donnelsville, OH with Pastor Doug Upton officiating. Friends may call from 1-1:30pm in the Cemetery prior to the committal service. Arrangements are under the direction of Haller Funeral Home, 1661 Western Ave., Chillicothe, OH 45601.
