Eric Ackley

Eric S. Ackley, 43, of Frankfort, died Saturday, March 23, 2013 in Pickaway Co. as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born February 24, 1970 in Chillicothe. On August 13, 1999 he married the former Jamie L. Burke, who survives. Also surviving are his parents, Bob and Jackie Hill and Terry Ackley; his children, Aaron, Cody, Kaylee and Delaney Ackley, Brittany Hood, Eric Martin and Shayla Wilbur; his mother-in-law, Donna Burke; several brothers and sisters-in-law; many nieces and nephews, including a special nephews, Kasey; and numerous friends who he loved dearly, including his partners in crime, Jake, Stack and Goob. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Terry Ackley and Tracey "Buck" Shoemaker. Eric was employed by Classic Brands. He enjoyed riding and travelling on his Harley-Davidson. Funeral services will be held 1 pm Thursday at the Haller Funeral Home. Friends may call 4-8 pm Wednesday at Haller's.
