Enrique James Crabtree, 29, of Chillicothe, died unexpectedly October 23, 2022.
He was born February 21, 1993, in Okinawa Japan, to Kent and Virginia Silva Crabtree. Survivors include his mother, Virginia; grandparents, Ciro and Susanna Silva of San Marcos, TX; LaVonda (Vonnie) Cummings, of McDermott, Oh; Brenda Crabtree, Lucasville, OH; half sister, Marie Gayle Crabtree; uncles, Ciro Silva Jr., of Kyle, TX; Ronald Crabtree, Chillicothe; Rebecca Silva, San Marco; Victoria Silva, San Marco; Regina Mayle; Mentor OH; Debbie Crabtree, McDermott, Angela Crabtree Barrett, Ashland, OH; special place in his heart for his longtime girlfriend, Kimmy Cox, and children Ario, Adelina, Aurora, and Gabriel. He was preceded in death by his Dad; grandfathers Paul Crabtree, and Samuel Cummings; and uncles, Henry (Enrique) Silva, James Crabtree.
Enrique attended Zane Trace High School.
The Mass of Christian Burial and inurnment will be held at Mary Immaculate Catholic Church; Farmers Branch, Texas, at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Haller Funeral Home, to aid with final expenses.
