Enoch Causey died unexpectedly September 5, 2025, at Berger Hospital in
Pickaway
County at the age of 68. He was born in Chillicothe, Ohio to the late Noah and Cathyern (Hill) Causey and was the oldest of six children. He attended and was a graduate from Unioto HS, class of 1976.
Enoch has worked and lived a colorful and fulfilling life. He enjoyed working with his hands and being outdoors. He worked in California for a time on the pipeline before moving back to Clarksburg, Ohio to raise a family with his first wife. He worked on several local farms and eventually started working in fencing. It was at J & J Fencing he made connections and formed friendships that would introduce him to his current wife, Linda. They were wed July 26, 2013, and made their home in Clarksburg. Ohio. Before retiring, he tried an inside job working at DuPont in Circleville, Ohio.
Enoch was an avid outdoorsman, you could find him in the woods hunting, along
a
bank
fishing,
or
in
his
garden
tending
to
his
plants.
You
could
say
he
was
a
jack
of all trades for the outdoors. Enoch was a wonderful and caring man who leaves behind a loving wife Linda (Bowen) Causey, several children, two brothers, three sisters, and numerous grand and great grandchildren. Many of which still reside near Clarksburg, Ohio. Enoch will truly be missed by those who loved him.
