Emily Hahnemann

Emily Denise Hahnemann, 38, of New Carlisle, formerly of Chillicothe, died Monday, June 10, 2013, at her home, unexpectedly. She was born May 22, 1975 in Chillicothe to Theodore and Jeanette Burton Toenniges, who survive. On May 26, 2007 she married Paul Hahnemann, who survives. Also surviving are her children, Lydia, William and Jacob; five brothers and sisters, Laura (Jerry) Widmayer, Chillicothe, Paula Toenniges, Hillsboro, Donald Toenniges, Stockton, GA, Mark (Jody) Toenniges, Jacksonville, NC, and Amy (Brett) Riggin, Chillicothe; and several nieces and nephews, including a special nephew, Ryan (Chrissy) Anteck. She was preceded in death by a sister, Tracy. Emily was a sweet, kind and loving mother, sister, and daughter. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Friday, at the Haller Funeral Home, Pastor Skip Cousins officiating. Burial will follow in Twin Township Cemetery. Friends may call 5-8 pm Thursday at Haller's.
