Elsie C. Conley Elsie C. Conley, 88, of Chillicothe, died 6:40 am, Friday, May 4, 2007 at Adena Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Monday at Haller Funeral Home with her nephew- in-law Roger Hackworth officiating. Burial will follow in Bainbridge Cemetery. Friends may call at Haller's on Monday from 11am to 1pm. She was born September 29, 1918 in Paxton, Illinois to Charles C. and Genoa E. Weddington Howard. On September 20, 1941 she married Buel Conley, who preceded her in death. She lived in Chillicothe for more than fifty years. Survivors include her brother, Charles W. (Mavis Irene) Howard, of Ironton; five nieces and nephews, Scott (Jennifer) Howard, Jeff Howard, Ron (Beatrice) Addington, Gary (Shirley) Worstell and Velma (Ron) Minks, thirteen great nieces and nephews, Scottie, Talia and Tiffany Howard, Steve Addington, Rhonda Yeager, Denise Burns, Seth and Gary Worstell, Annette Haynes, Debbie Hirsh, Kim Smith, Chris Eichenlaub, Troy Lee Eichenlaub (deceased) and several great-great nieces and nephews. Also surviving are two sisters-in-law, Rosie Saylor and Hazel Woodbury. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Gladys Worstell, Mabel Addington, and Irene Howard. Mrs. Conley and her husband were the former owner/operators of CHS TV Center in Chillicothe. She was an active member of the Ross County Senior Citizens Center, where memorial contributions may be made in her honor, 1824 Western Ave., Chillicothe, OH 45601.
