Ellen Nutt

Ellen L. Nutt, 80, of Bend, OR, formerly of Chillicothe, OH, died Saturday, October 29, 2011, at the Partners in Care Hospice House, following an extended illness. She was born November 12, 1930 in Alhambra, AZ to the late Beatrice Slinker. Survivors include 3 daughers, Laura (Carlton) Hewitt, of Chesapeake, VA, Gretia (Herny) Capri, of Bend, IN, and Elizabeth Gillum, of Chillicothe; 14 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Norma Parker; her mother and step-father; and a sister. Mrs. Nutt was a former member of the Avalon Church of Christ. Graveside funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Friday in Boblett Cemetery, Londonderry, Pastor Larry Ault officiating. Calling hours will not be observed.
