Ellen Igo-Borton

Ellen E. Igo-Borton, 60, of Chillicothe, died at 12:40pm Saturday March 18, 2006, in Adena Regional Medical Center. She was born March 17, 1946, in Ironton, OH, to the late Dewey C. and Violet M. Pierson Igo. On July 15, 1989, she married Ronald W. Borton, who survives. Also surviving are her daughters Leah Igo, Chillicothe; and Lora Stroup and her husband Rick, of Stoutsville; grandchildren Leslie Ann Igo-Bowen; David Charles Stroup; Daniel Lee Puckett; and Shannon Marie Stroup; and several brothers and sisters. Ellen retired from Murfin Industries where she worked as a machinist. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved her family unconditionally and relentlessly. Friends may call Tuesday from 6-9pm at the Haller Funeral Home. Private burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
