Elizabeth Walsh

Elizabeth Ann Walsh, 75, of Londonderry, passed from this life, through the gates of Heaven, Friday, January 12, 2018.   She was born November 20, 1942 in Baltimore, MD to the late Paul and Naomi Higginbotham Shoemaker. On May 5, 1963 she married Jerry J. Walsh, who died February 27, 2017. Survivors include her children, Lori (Eric) Starkey, of Chillicothe, Jerry (Keiko) Walsh, of Mangilao, Guam, David (Angela) Walsh, of Londonderry, and Julie (Bill) Holt, of Hallsville; a special son, Richard (Renee) Montuado, of GA; grandchildren, Brooke and Sean Finley, both of Chillicothe, Anthony Walsh, of Newark, Karen Walsh, of Guam, Samuel Walsh and Ethan Gray, both of Londonderry,  Haley Holt, of Hallsville, and Philip Holt, of GA; three sisters, Thelma May, Deana (Jon) Bell, and Vicki Gallagher; and a brother Garrett Shoemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; her step-father, Harold Ours; a sister, Regeana (Donald) Shewalter; and three brothers, Paul Shoemaker and Sonny and Gary Ours.   Mrs. Walsh was a Chillicothe High School graduate, worked at the White Cow and retired from RCA after 30 years of service. She loved watching her grandchildren play sports, and enjoyed playing bingo with Maxine and Jerry, and travelling to Reno.   The family will received friends from 5-7 pm Monday, January 15, 2018, at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
