Edna C. Primer, 99, of Bainbridge, died 12:55 am, Tuesday, July 20, 2010, at Maple View Manor, Bainbridge. She was born September 21, 1910 in Franklin Co. to Floyd and Mary Lightle Thompson. She married the late Ellsworth Primer, who died in 1969. Survivors include her daughters, Bonnie (Jack) Ferguson, Ann (Gary) Baker and Sharon (Kindle) Montgomery, all of Waverly, Janet (Paul) Yoakum and Katherine Adams, both of Chillicothe; a son, Robert (Frances) Primer, of Chillicothe; 15 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; an identical twin sister, Anna Daniels, of Bainbridge; a sister-in-law, Maxine Thompson, of Waverly; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Thompson and a sister Alice Nickell. Mrs. Primer retired from Maple View Manor as a cook. She was a member of the Bourneville Christian Union Church. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Friday at the Haller Funeral Home, Pastor Sammy Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Latham Cemetery. Friends may call 5-8 pm Thursday at Haller's.
