Earl Edward Stepp passed away after a courageous battle on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at the age of 77. Ed was born in Columbus, Ohio on July 17, 1947 to the late Charles and Margaret (Wiles) Stepp.
Ed is survived by his wife of 58 years, Jacqueline Sue (Jarrells) Stepp, his children, Trisha Yates-Parks (Daniel Yates) of Ashville, and Shawn Stepp of Waverly, grandchildren, Brandon Yates-Parks of Ashville, and Stacie Stepp (Gail Tackett) of Waverly. He will be sadly missed by his many family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, and brothers John and D. Stepp.
Edward joined the Navy at the age of 18 and served for 22 months before being Honorably discharged due to an injury. He took the skills that he learned and used them throughout his life. He retired from Delco in 2021.
Military Honors will be held at a Graveside Service being held at Walnut Hills Cemetery, 975 Rathmell Road, Columbus on Monday, May 12, 2025 at 1:00pm.
