Earl David Carmean, 74, of Hallsville, passed away June 28, 2011, at his residence, unexpectedly. He was born April 26, 1937 in Kinnikinnick to the late Doris and Deb Carmean. On June 27, 1959 he married the former Connie Ellen Wolfe, who survives. They celebrated their 52nd wedding anniversary this month. Also surviving are his 3 children, Clay (Cheryl) Carmean, Grove City, Stacey Carmean, Hallsville, and Channin Carmean (fiancée Chad Montgomery), Hallsville; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters, Jean Carter, Circleville, Bonnie (Charles) Betz, Vera Beach, FL, and Carol Sue (John) Slagle, Chillicothe; 2 sisters-in-law, Emily and Jennifer Carmean, Kingston; his mother and father –in-law Paul and Virginia Leedom, Kingston; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Clark David Carmean; 3 brothers, Bo, Donnie, and Butch Carmean; and a special brother-in-law, John Carter. Mr. Carmean was a US Army Veteran. Go rest high on a mountain, for your work on earth is done. The family of E. David "Dave" Carmean, would like to invite family and friends to his memorial service, 7:00 pm Thursday, July 7, 2011, at the Kingston Presbyterian Church.
