Edith Marie "Nan" Meeker Diehl, 83, of Chillicothe, passed peacefully, surrounded by family at 6:29 am, Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at Westmoreland Place Nursing Home.   She was born May 16, 1935 in Londonderry, to the late Frank and Elizabeth Ratcliff Meeker, the youngest of ten children. Survivors include her children: Becky, Bill (Rita) and Mike (Meg), all of Chillicothe and Steve (Sally), of Maine; her grandchildren: Kate (Jerry) Drees, and their sons, Gunner and Grant, Eric (Diane) and his children, Tori, Christopher, Bobby, Davon and Tristany; and Leslie (Greg) Stocks, and their children, Bradley and Caroline; two sisters, Mary Elliott and Evelyn Clary; a sister-in-law Donna Meeker; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by siblings: Helen Ice, Ruth McWhorter; John, Howard, Don, Bob and Jim Meeker.   Nan was owner/operator of Page News and a member of the Londonderry Friends Church. She loved watching sports, especially Ohio State, the Cincinnati Reds, golf and tennis. She also enjoyed riding four wheelers with her great-grandchildren.   In accordance with her wishes, graveside services will be held 2:00 pm Saturday in Londonderry Cemetery. At her request, calling hours will not be observed. Memorial contributions may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
