E. Bullock

E. Louise Bullock, 84, of Chillicothe, died at 1:49pm Sunday, October 9, 2011, in Adena Regional Medical Center following a brief illness. She was born May 15, 1927, in Lawrence County, OH. Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law Pamela (Harles) Bennett Prater, of Summerville, SC; son and daughter-in-law Charles (Janet) Bullock, of Boligee, AL; daughter Victoria Coonrod, North Charleston, SC; grandchildren: Tammera (Patrick) Laughlin, Chillicothe; Stacia (William) Wilson, Boligee, AL; Matthew Bennett and his friend Kathy Hamlin, Chillicothe; Cindi (Bill) Myers, Atlanta, GA; Robert (Kristy) Coonrod, North Charleston, SC; Veronica (Kenny) Hiott, Summerville, SC; Chris (Julie) Prater, Baltimore, OH; 11 great-grandchildren; a son-in-law William Bennett, Chillicothe; and a cousin Louis Whaley, Ironton, OH. She was predeceased by her husband Charles E. Bullock; her parents Frank and Carrie E. "Cora" Whaley; her son-in-law Robert Coonrod; her brother Donald R. Whaley; and a great-granddaughter, Mary Josephine Laughlin. Louise was the business manager of C & L Erectors and Riggers in Adelphi. She was a 50 year member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Sereno Chapter #128, McArthur, and served as a DeMolay Mother. She was also a member of Chillicothe Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am Saturday, October 15, in the Haller Funeral Home with Rev. Jamie Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Green Summit Cemetery. Friends may call Friday from 5-8pm at Haller Funeral Home, where an OES service will be held at 7pm.
