Doyle Johnson

Doyle E. "Bud John" Johnson, Jr., 62, died at 10:51pm February 19, 2021, at Signature Healthcare following an extended illness.   He was born October 27, 1958, in Chillicothe, to the late Doyle E. "Bud" and Beverly J. (Banks) Johnson.   Surviving are: his daughter Ashley Cottrill, of Chillicothe, grandchildren: Beyonce Guas, Imani Reed, Tamir Cottrill and Kevin Gray, Jr.; his fiancée Barbara Williams, a brother Brad Johnson; uncles Robert Banks, Richard Valentine and Roger Valentine; his aunt Josephine Valentine' a great-uncle Clyde Valentine; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family including Adrian Cunningham, Candace Beatty, Jasmine Johnson, Shaidaya Johnson and Endessy Johnson.   Mr. Johnson had worked in construction as well as for Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT).   Following cremation, graveside services will be held at 11am February 27, in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort, with Dr. Rev. J. Troy Gray officiating.
