Doris Renison

Doris A. Renison, 56, of Chillicothe, died unexpectedly Saturday November 5, 2011, as a result of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. She was born April 2, 1955, in Louisville, KY, to Robert and Ruth Nash Dispennett. On September 11, 1976, she married James Michael Renison, who also died from injuries sustained in the same accident. She is survived by her son Casey Renison, Chillicothe; daughter Megan Renison, Los Angeles, CA; her father Robert Dispennett, Chillicothe; sister Sally Stein, Cleveland, OH; brother Maurice "Butch" (Susie) Dispennett, Zelienople, PA; her mother-in-law Ruby Renison; brother-in-law Mark Renison; sister-in-law Cindy Johnson, all of Chillicothe; several nieces and nephews; and the family dog "Luke." She was predeceased by her mother Ruth; her brother-in-law Marlon Johnson; and her father-in-law Jim Renison. Doris was a graduate of Chillicothe High School, Class of 1973 and received her Associate Degree from Shawnee State. She was employed in the Human Resource Department at the Adena Health System. Doris loved motorcycles, cooking and gardening. She had an infectious laugh that will be missed. Funeral services for both she and her husband will be held at 1:00pm Thursday, November 10, at Haller Funeral Home with Rev. Scott Smith officiating.
