Donna Taylor

Donna Jean Taylor, 79, of Chillicothe, died August 26, 2022, at her residence, following an extended illness.

She was born February 28, 1943 in Chillicothe to the late L'Verne and Isabel Crishbaum Baker.  On June 9, 1962 she married Roger Taylor, and they spent 60 years together.  Also surviving are her two children, Matthew (Teri) Taylor and Julie (Gerald) Parker, of Chillicothe; four grandchildren, Luke Parker, Gage (Hannah) Taylor, Nate Parker and Ryan Taylor; a great-granddaughter, Cora Taylor; two siblings, Becky (Bryan) Conaway and Dan (Esther) Baker, both of Chillicothe; and her beloved dogs, Annie and Josie.

Donna retired as Deputy Auditor for the City of Chillicothe and most recently was employed by Henderson Pharmacy.  She was an active member of the Republican Party and past board member of the Ross Co. Humane Society.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Thursday at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory, Chaplain Billy Morris officiating.  Friends may call 11-1:00 Thursday at Haller's.  Private graveside services will be held in St. Margaret Cemetery, at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Ross Co. Humane Society, 2308A Lick Run Rd., Chillicothe, OH 45601.
