Donna Jean Price passed away at 7:34 am August 22, 2025, at Adena Hospital, following a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born August 28, 1942, in Greenfield, Ohio to Violet Howland and John Weslie Cottrell. She married Robert Price on May 10, 1998, but they were together over 40 years before their marriage.
Surviving children are Nicole Price (Logan) of Circleville, and son-in-law, Richard Brummett; grandchildren, Richard R. Brummett (Enola Cruz), Kleaha (Reyes) Martinez, Austin Kysor, Katelyn Kysor (Dart), and Timmy Kysor; 13 great-grandchildren; her brothers, Vern Cottrell, and Gary Cottrell, and Donna's special dog "Cuddles".
She is predeceased by sisters, Rose Gambrel, Laura Hunt, Bernice Shackleford, Ada Shackleford; brothers, Rick Cottrell, Theordore Cottrell, Ted Cottrell, George Cottrell; daughters, Leola Price, and Debra Brummett; and great-grandsons, Robert B., and Austin Kysor II.
Donna worked at American Nursing. She loved playing Bingo and Yahtzee with her good friend Sandy Johnson.
The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025, at 1:00 pm at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory followed by burial at Greenlawn Cemetery. Calling hours will be on Friday from 11am to 1pm.
