Donna L. Clary, 52, of Chillicothe, died 12:15 am, Sunday, May 4, 2008, in the Ohio State University Hospitals, following a five month illness. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Thursday in the Haller Funeral Home with Rev. John Hayes officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call 5-8pm Wednesday at Haller's. She was born May 31, 1955 in Hillsboro to Kerry and Nora Strosnider Locke. On July 22, 1983, she married Thomas E. Clary, who survives. Also surviving are her three sons, Michael Meddock, of Reynoldsburg; Shane (Shellie) Meddock, of London; and Daren Meddock, of Chillicothe; six grandchildren, Mikella and Garrett, Trystan and Trent, and Alexis and Dalton Meddock; a sister, Jessie Locke, of Lebanon, MO; two brothers, Floyd (Linda) Locke, of Urbana; and James (Diane) Locke, of Frankfort; a brother-in-law, Roger Swayne, of Hillsboro; and a sister-in-law, Ginny Locke, of Kansas City, MO. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Diane Swayne and a brother, Thomas Locke. Mrs. Clary was an office manager for Eastern Avenue Lumber. She was a life member of the VFW and AMVETS Auxiliary and volunteered countless hours at the VA Medical Center, Chillicothe. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kidney Foundation.
