Donna J. Bowens Donna J. Bowens, 36, of Chillicothe, went to be with the Lord on April 17, 2008. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Wednesday in the Haller Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Three Locks Cemetery. Friends may call 5-8 pm Tuesday at Haller's. She was born September 8, 1971 in Inez, KY. Survivors include her husband, Donnie Newton; her children, Troy McDaniel, Danielle Bowens, and Dustin Bowens; step-children, Donnie and Shantell; a grandson, Mason; her parents, Clifford and Peggy Bowens, of Chillicothe; her biological mother, Judy Meeks, of Columbus; two sisters, Genny (Marvin) Mollett and Tina (Scott) Perkins, both of Chillicothe; and three brothers, Billy France, of Columbus and Clifford (Deb) and Steve Bowens, both of Chillicothe; and several nieces and nephews.
