Donald Durwood Miller, 66, of Chillicothe, passed away early Friday morning, July 31, 2020, at his home, following a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born October 19, 1953, in Charleston, WV, son of the late Donald I. Null and Wilda A. Irwin.
Surviving are his children, Shad Miller, Eric Miller, Shae Miller, and Shawn Miller; his siblings, Mitzie (Gary) Dean, Ronald (Vicky) Miller, and Patricia (Frank) Bailey; a sister-in-law, Tammy Miller; several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family members; as well as his companion and best friend, Lora Lynn Rhoades. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ricky Miller.
Donald will be remembered by his family and friends as a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He loved building vintage model cars, and planting a garden. He especially loved growing up in his hometown of Union, West Virginia.
In accordance with his wishes, there will be no public services. Cremation will be performed and his final wish was to be taken back to Union, WV.
