Donald Felts

Donald Wayne Felts, 53, of Pt. Pleasant, WV, formerly of Chillicothe, died 8:45 am, February 28, 2014 at the Pleasant Valley Hospital unexpectedly. He was born January 16, 1961 in Chillicothe to the late Lewis L. Felts and Mary F. Rader Felts. On September 26, 2003 he married Crystal L. Napper, who survives. Also surviving is a daughter, Courtney Felts Miller, of Chillicothe; two grandchildren, Torrance and Adelyn Miller; a stepson, Bryton Napper, of Arizona; three brothers, Pete and Calvin Felts, of Chillicothe and Jeffrey Felts, of Illinois; three sisters, Barbara Swan, of Illinois, Karen Rowland, of Waverly, and Cathy Breton, of Arizona; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers, Teddy and James Felts. Mr. Felts was a US Air Force veteran, a graduate of the Columbus School of Nursing and worked as an LPN. He loved cars and tracing genealogy. Calling hours will be held 10-1 Monday at the HALLER FUNERAL HOME. Cremation will follow.
