Donald A. Chenault Donald A. Chenault, 58, of Chillicothe, died 8:21 am, Monday, November 12, 2007 in his home, following an extended illness. Military graveside services, conducted by the Ross Co. Veterans Honor Guard, will be held 11:00 am Friday in the Grandview Cemetery. Friends may call 5-8 pm Thursday in the Haller Funeral Home, where the Fraternal Order of Police will hold a memorial tribute service at 7:30 pm. He was born May 1, 1949 in Ross Co. to Donald R. and Jeannette Hale Chenault. On May 16, 1975 he married Vicki Cochenour. In addition to his wife and parents, survivors include two children, Amanda Chenault, and Barry (Amanda) Chenault, both of Chillicothe; two grandchildren, Sky Chenault and Irie Peterson; two sisters, Donna Chenualt, of Washington DC and Patty Richter, of Chillicothe. Mr. Chenault retired from the Ross Co. Sheriff's Department in September. He was known as one of the best guitar players in Chillicothe. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, loved animals, was an avid fisherman, and excelled in computer technology.
