Doc L. Silcott Doc L. Silcott, 77, of Chillicothe, died 2:00 pm, Sunday, January 20, 2008 in the Chillicothe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, following an extended illness. Graveside services will be held at a later date in Londonderry Cemetery under the direction of the Haller Funeral Home. He was born December 19, 1930 in Concord Twp., Ross Co. to Thomas R. and Mary E. Ward Silcott. He was a Korean Conflict Army Veteran and served 8 years. He had retired from the Wear-Ever Corporation.
