Denise Harris

Denise Wannetta Harris, 57, of Chillicothe, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, March 20, 2018, at her home. She was born September 28, 1960, in Circleville, Ohio, to Richard Eugene and Glorabell (Napper) Harris, and adopted by Thomas D. and Alice (Slater) Smith. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her three daughters, Brittney Johnson, Whitney Harris, and Royesha Banton; her two grandsons, Jonathan Miles, Jr., and Mason David; her companion Roy Benson; as well as several brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Denise worked in housekeeping at the VA Medical Center in Chillicothe for several years. In her free time she loved to go shopping, loved going out and having fun, playing bingo, and working word puzzles. She also enjoyed watching the Price is Right, the Bold and the Beautiful. In accordance with her wishes, there will be no public calling hours or services.
