Dena Hill

Dena A. Hill Dena Adeline Hill, 82, passed from this life to be with her Lord and many members of her family at 4:22 am, Thursday, November 12, 2009. Dena was born December 31, 1926 to Minor L. and Bessie M. Justice Neff. On February 19, 1948 she married Warren G. Hill, who preceded her in death November 8, 2004. Dena was so proud of her only surviving son, Kelly D. (Lisa) Hill, of Chillicothe; and grandsons, Corbin K. and Collin K. Hill. She also leaves behind many special nieces and nephews who are going to miss her more than words can say. In addition to her husband, those who preceded her in death included an infant son, Terry Lee Hill; sisters and brothers-in-law, Gladys (Myron) Detillion, Beatrice Neff, and Helen (L. Dow) Summers; and brothers and sisters-in-law, Cecil (Jessie) Neff, Eugene (Mildred) Neff, Paul Neff, and Edsel (Eleanor) Neff. Dena was a very precious, loving lady who was adored by her family. She was a 1946 graduate of Unioto High School and attended Brookside Church. An avid sports fan, she rarely missed any sports event in which any of her family participated. Funeral services will be held 10:30 am, Monday, at the Haller Funeral Home, Rev. David Dean and Rev. Jack Norman officiating. Burial will follow in Springbank Cemetery. Friends may call 4-7 pm Sunday at Haller's.
