Deborah Glenn

Deborah A. (Dawes) Glenn, 49, of Chillicothe, died at 3:23pm Saturday, August 18, 2007, in Adena Regional Medical Center. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00am Wednesday, August 22, 2007, at St. Peter Catholic Church, Rev. William Hahn, Celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Margaret Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8pm Tuesday at Haller Funeral Home where a wake service will be held at 8:00pm. Debbie was born May 13, 1958, in Chillicothe to Charles and Jane E. (Skinner) Dawes, Jr. On April 12, 1990, she married Scott A. Glenn, who survives. Also surviving are her children: Rachel E. Glenn, Daniel P. Glenn, Kathleen G. Glenn, all of Chillicothe; step-children Jason (Tamara) Glenn, Tampa, FL; Holly (David, Jr.) Chapman, Ft. Bragg, NC; grandchildren: Rowan Chapman; Forrestt, Anthony, and Nathaniel Glenn; her father Charles Dawes, Jr., Chillicothe; sister and brother-in-law Becky (Brad) Kretzer, Bainbridge; brothers and sisters-in-law Steven (Karen) Dawes; and Chris (Mary) Dawes, all of Chillicothe; her mother-in-law M. Lucille Glenn, Chillicothe; and nieces and nephews: Emily, Jacob, and Sarah Kretzer; Tyler, Seth, Brianna Dawes; Christina Dawes, and Kacey (James) Greening. She was predeceased by her mother and her father-in-law David E. Glenn. Debbie was graduate of Bishop Flaget High School, Class of 1976. She received her Bachelors Degree from Ohio University in Education. She taught at St. Peter Elementary School, Walnut St. Childrens School, and also home schooled. She enjoyed scrap-booking, crafts and gardening. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church.
