David Lewis

David W. Lewis, 53, of Chillicothe, died 6:37 am, October 14, 2010, at his residence, unexpectedly. He was born April 25, 1957 in Ross Co. to James W. and Irene M. Lewis Sr. In addition to his father, James, of Chillicothe, survivors include three brothers, James W. Lewis Jr., of London, OH, Terry L. (Nancy) Lewis, of Sale City, GA, and John C. (Kaye) Lewis, of Albany, GA.; his companion Patricia "Pat" Satterfield, of Chillicothe; and seven nieces and nephews. Mr. Lewis has donated his body for research to the Ohio State University Division of Anatomy. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
