David Anthony Hill, 58, of Chillicothe, went to rest in the arms of his heavenly Father early Wednesday morning, August 18, 2021.
He was born September 21, 1962, in Greenfield, Ohio to Carol and Mildred (Pierce) Hill. On June 24, 1989, he married his beloved wife Crystal Hill, and together they shared over 32 wonderful years of marriage.
In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by his only daughter, April (Jacob) Angus; his two grandsons, Cameron and Vincent Angus; four sisters, Linda (Mike) Greenlee, Becky (Kevin) Whalen, Cindy (Bruce) Jones, and Brenda Hill; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, and two uncles, Dave Hill and Colin Hill.
David was a graduate of Chillicothe High School. He went on to work for OVEC in Pike County as a Senior Energy Scheduler and has been employed with them for over 25 years. He was a lifetime congregate of the Chillicothe Bible Church. In his free time, he loved going camping, playing guitar, but most of all, spending time with his family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, August 27, 2021 at the Haller Funeral Home with Pastor Ted Alspach officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Friends may join the family for a visitation from 11:00am until the time of the service.
