Craig Conley

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of David "Craig" Conley, who departed this world on Tuesday, November 11th, 2025, just shy of his 74th birthday. A resident of Chillicothe, Ohio, Craig was born on Sunday, November 18th, 1951, in Columbus, Ohio.

Craig possessed a remarkable zest for life, leaving a profound impact on everyone fortunate enough to know him. Known for his dedication and diligence, he proudly served as a Produce Manager at Kroger, where his skills shone every day. Beyond his career, Craig was an enthusiastic businessman and had a passion for cooking, lovingly preparing delicious meals for family and friends.

Left to cherish his memory are his beloved sons, Brian (Robin) Steinbrook and Seth Steinbrook (Rose); his granddaughter, Chelsey Steinbrook (Dustin Danner); and great-grandchildren, Carter, Cayden, and Stella. Craig is also survived by his siblings, Doug Conley, Maureen (Jeff) Wood, Julie (Werner) Hallabrin, and Kevin (Lindy) Conley, along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and a wide circle of treasured family and friends.

Craig was preceded in death by his loving parents, David and Barbara Conley. His spirit, kindness, and generosity will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by many.

Craig's life will be celebrated at a gathering on Wednesday, November 19th, 2025, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Haller Funeral Home & Crematory in Chillicothe, Ohio. Family, friends, and all whose lives Craig touched are warmly invited to attend this Celebration of Life to honor and remember the extraordinary experiences shared with him.
