Darrell Mcneely

Darrell Layton McNeely, 73, of Chillicothe, died 6:00am on Tuesday, June 14, 2016. He was born December 4, 1942 in Ripley, WV to the late Jacob O. and Liza (Wheeler) McNeely. Surviving are his children: Parrish (Sharie') McNeely, Chillicothe; Kimberly McNeely, Naples, FL; Shannon (Theresa) McNeely, DeBary, FL; grandchildren: Cody (Tiffany) McNeely, West Virginia; Chad Ison Jr., Chillicothe; Austen Ison, Chillicothe; brothers: Jacob (Andrea) McNeely, Chillicothe; Bernard (Linda) McNeely, Chillicothe. Darrell served his country for 2 years as a Marine in the Vietnam War. He was a member of the American Legion, Post 62, V.F.W. Posy 108 and AMVETS, Post 4. He loved golfing, The Ohio State Buckeyes and Cincinnati Reds. In keeping with his wishes, there will be no public services. Arrangements are under the direction of Haller Funeral Home & Crematory. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family through Haller Funeral Home.
