Dakoata A. Feltner Dakoata Allen Feltner, born May 9, 2005, went to be with the Lord June 18, 2005 at age 5 weeks and 2 days. Preceded in death by Great Grandfather Charles Gregg. He is survived by his mother, Carrie Feltner, of Chillicothe; two sisters, Brooklyn Morris, of Frankfort and Kyliegha of Piketon; a grandmother, Robin Snow; two uncles, Shawn and Charles Snow, and grandfather, Mike Feltner; a great-grandfather, Walter Feltner; a great-grandmother, Betty Gregg; and very special friends, Mike and Teresa Morris.
