Curtis Skaggs

Curtis Olan Skaggs, 68, of Frankfort, passed away at 7:12pm, Monday, October 30, 2017, at his home, following an extended illness. He was born January 12, 1949, to the late Andrew and Mary (Beechler) Skaggs. On March 16, 1968, he married Mary Ellen Skaggs, who survives. Also surviving are his three children, seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, two sisters, three brothers, and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Curtis was preceded in death by five brothers and one sister. Curtis was a graduate of Paint Valley High School, Class of 1967. He went on to work as a chemical unloader at Chilpaco in Chillicothe before his illness prevented him from working. In accordance with his wishes, cremation services will be performed. There will be no public calling hours or services.
