Crew Atlas Krivak, precious newborn son of Jeffery and Christina (Elliott) Krivak, was born on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at the Ohio State University Medical Center, where he passed peacefully in the loving arms of his Mommy and Daddy, following a brief stay on earth.
Although he were only here for a short time, he touched the hearts and lives of many. Crew will be forever loved and remembered by his parents, Jeffery and Christina Krivak; his big sister, Aria Krivak; as well as a host of grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members.
Private graveside services at Huntington Memorial Cemetery will be held at the convenience of the family.
