Craig Dyer

Craig Steven Dyer, 53, of Chillicothe, passed away at his home May 27, 2006. He was born July 24, 1952, in Chillicothe to the late Walter J. and Clarabelle L. Thomas Dyer. Surviving are his daughter Breezi Dyer; son Asa Dyer; brothers and sisters-in-law Keith (Martha) Dyer; and Bruce (Cindy) Dyer, all of Chillicothe; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, a sister Sondra Parker, Circleville; brothers James Dyer, of Louisa, KY and Jerry Dyer, of Chillicothe; and a nephew, Brian Dyer. Craig was a graduate of Zane Trace High School, Class of 1971. He served one tour of duty in the US Army receiving many honors during the Vietnam Conflict. Craig worked in the construction industry and retired from Fab-Con, in Grove City, OH. Craig says, "So long folks" to all the good guys and gals he met in his work and his play. Military graveside services for family and friends, conducted by the Ross Co. Veterans Honor Guard, will be held 2:00pm Saturday, June 3, in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort, with Rev. David Trainer officiating and music provided by his special niece Danele. Calling hours will not be observed. Arrangements are under the direction of Haller Funeral Home.
