Connie Sue (Weidauer) Gaul died early Friday, March 28 2025, after an extended illness. She was born November 13, 1943, to Harold R and Ruby F (Morrison) Weidauer.
On September 5, 1962, she married George W Gaul who preceded her in death December 22, 2021.
Connie is survived by children, Aimee (Adam) Bayes and Cheri (Charles) Jobe; grandchildren Victor, Allissa, Jared, Zach, and Alec; siblings Patricia Uhrig, Gaylene (James) Massie, Deborah (Gary) Kellough, and Joyce Ackley.
Connie was preceded in death by her husband George, daughter Annette (Joe) Falco, and brothers Bobby and John Weidauer.
Connie retired from the Chillicothe Gazette after 41 years service. She loved reading, gardening, auctions, and hosting Holiday get togethers.
A very special thanks to Clarissa, Aaron, April, Chrystal, and staff of National Church Residences, The Vineyards at Concord, and her wonderful friends and Neighbors, Melissa & Don Darby and Bob & Penny Dehner.
Private family services are being held.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Ross County Humane Society.
