Cloral B. Arrington Cloral B. Arrington, 92, of Chillicothe, died Wednesday night in Heartland of Chillicothe. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm in the Young Funeral Home, Louisa, KY. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Frineds may call two hours prior to the service.
