Clifford Runyon

Clifford W. Runyon, 47, of Chillicothe, went to be with his Lord unexpectedly, Friday, August 31, 2012, in Franklin County. He was born September 30, 1964 in Athens, OH to Daniel Runyon and Wilma A. Ball Fickisen. He married the former Stephanie A. Stevens, who survives. In addition to his parents and wife, survivors include his children, Alex and Averi Runyon, at home; a brother, Darrell (Barb) Runyon, of Chillicothe; five step-brothers and sisters; several nieces and nephews; and his mother and father-in-law, Tawana and Mike Stevens. He was preceded in death by a brother, Jeffrey and his stepfather, Ted Fickisen. Clifford was employed by Jackson County EMS and Life Ambulance. He volunteered for Jefferson Township Fire and Rescue and attended New Life Church of Christ in Christian Union. He was an avid Buckeye fan, a hard worker, and an excellent provider and father. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Thursday at the Haller Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Little Mound Cemetery. Friends may call 5-8 pm Wednesday or one hour prior to the service at Haller's on Thursday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pioneer Center, 11268 CR 550, Chillicothe, OH 45601.
